Digital Goods Policy
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered.
Due to the nature of digital products (PDF reports, personalized blueprints), we cannot offer refunds once the product has been generated and delivered to your email address.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider refunds if:
- You did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end.
- The product delivered was significantly different from what was described.
To request an exception, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and reason for the request.
