The Birth of The OriCode
A Tool Born from Love and Uncertainty
As a parent, do you also find yourself sitting in the living room with your partner after the kids are asleep, discussing: 'Whose temperament does this child take after?' or 'They're so opinionated, how should we guide them?'
The Starting Point: Love Without Direction
The OriCode was born from this feeling of 'love without direction.' Initially, my wife and I would discuss our child's matters late into the night, sometimes falling into an anxious state of feeling powerless. To find direction, I began studying Human Design. I thought if I could understand my child's natural configuration, perhaps we could avoid some unnecessary detours.
The Challenge: Decoding Cryptic Charts
But then I discovered... even with the chart in hand, the arcane terminology was like reading ancient texts. One moment it said he was a 'Manifestor,' the next it mentioned 'Line 2,' and looking at the dense web of lines, I thought: 'How does this help me wake him up tomorrow morning or teach him to put away toys?'
The Turn: Seeking Complete Answers
Later, I turned to the systems most familiar to Taiwanese people—BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu—but found the information became even more fragmented, making it hard to see the whole picture.
The Breakthrough: Combining AI with Ancient Wisdom
As someone in tech, I thought: 'What if AI could learn these thousands of years of wisdom and explain it in language we understand and can actually use, in our native Taiwanese context?'
The Realization: A Manual for Your Child
This was The OriCode's starting point. I tried using AI to decode and integrate. When I saw the first child report generated by AI, my wife and I locked eyes—that feeling of 'Yes! This is exactly them!'—and we finally found our child's unique manual: the Kiddo Blueprint.
