Thank you for using The Ori Blueprint by The OriCode ("Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the essential information needed to provide you with your personalized blueprint, whether you use our website or our mobile app.

1. Information We Collect

For Analysis & Reports

To generate your astrological and human design blueprint, we process:

  • Birth Data: Date, time, and location of birth. This is essential for the calculation of your chart.
    ✦ Storage Policy: We do NOT store your raw birth data (date/time/location) in our database. We only store the calculated astrological results (the anonymous blueprint) to allow you to retrieve your report.

For Orders

  • Email Address: Required to deliver your report access and magic link.
  • Payment Information: Web purchases are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). In-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your credit card details.

For Account & Login

  • Sign-in Identifiers: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique account identifier along with your name and email address. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we only receive a private relay address. We use these solely to authenticate you and link you to your orders.

Technical Data

  • IP Address and simplistic device data (User Agent) may be logged for security and fraud prevention.

1.5 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to enhance your experience:

  • Strictly Necessary: We use local storage (cookie-consent) to remember your cookie preferences. This is essential for compliance and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (Optional): We use Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) to understand how you use our site. These are only activated if you click "Accept All".

2. Data Retention Policy

We prioritize the security of your data:

Birth Data & Reports

Zero Retention of PII: Your raw birth data is processed in-memory for calculation and immediately discarded. Only the calculated results (analytics) and generated reports are retained.

Email Address

Retained to identify your orders and send you service updates. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.

3. How We Share Information

We only share data with essential third-party service providers:

  • Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing on the web.
  • Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases on iOS.
  • Third-Party AI Providers: To generate the text interpretations for your reports. Data sent is anonymized where possible.
  • Resend: To deliver report notifications and login links via email.
On-Device AI

Our in-app follow-up chat runs entirely on your device using a locally-downloaded model. Your questions and the chart data used to answer them are processed on-device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party AI provider.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you generate a blueprint for a child (for example, a child's birth chart), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you are responsible for the data you provide on the child's behalf. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact support@theoricode.com and we will delete it.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten) by emailing support@theoricode.com.
  • Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails.
